Make sure to print both Surf Camp Registration Form and Studnet Waiver Form (3 pages) for the Ocean City, NJ Surf Camps. Please complete and mail the forms to register.  Don't forget your T-Shirt size.

You will recieve a reminder email prior to camp.

The forms can be used for same family if the information is the same.
